activaAir Basic BP4000 Air Cushion Machine

The activaAir Basic BP4000 Air Cushion Machine uses compact film rolls to create cost-effective, efficient, air pillows seamlessly and on-demand. 

For use with our activaAir Air Cushion Bags and Quilt Film.

The activaAir Basic BP4000 Air Cushion Machine can silently produce up to 15 metres of film per minute, and it's lightweight design allows for the machine to be easily transported between packing stations in order to produce air cushions when required.

The activaAir air cushions and quilts are a 100% recyclable, space saving alternative to bubble wrap or traditional loose fill, and one roll of film is equivalent to approximately 12 bags of loosefill.
