activaAir Power BP5000 Air Cushion Machine

The activaAir Power BP5000 Air Cushion Machine uses compact film rolls to create cost-effective, efficient, air pillows seamlessly and on-demand. 

For use with our activaAir Air Cushion Bags.

The activaAir Power BP5000 Air Cushion Machine can silently produce up to 27 metres of film per minute, and it's lightweight design allows for the machine to be easily transported between packing stations in order to produce air cushions when required.

The activaAir air cushions are a 100% recyclable, space saving alternative to bubble wrap or traditional loose fill, and one roll of film is equivalent to approximately 12 bags of loosefill.

We also offer a range of activaAir Cushion Machine Accessories which can be incorporated into any packing station to improve efficiency

For lighter duty usage, we also offer the Light BP2000 Air Cushion Machine, and the Basic BP4000 Air Cushion Machine.

All of our Air Cushion Machines include a 12 month return to base warranty.
